Listen to the stories of people whose lives have been transformed by their encounters with the risen Jesus Christ. Minela Pervanovic, a girl from Bosnia tells the story of how she and her mother, a practicing Muslim, became follower of Jesus. Justin Kagin, a young Jew from the US discovers Jesus in Japan and Croatia. Bonnie Ray, although a Christian from her childhood, discovers Jesus afresh as she travels across the Balkan region. All three believe that Jesus is above any religion, institution, ideology or any ideological concept. The program will include a message “We all Find What We Truly Seek” delivered by Tihomir Kukolja to a group of young leaders attending an international leadership gathering in Fuzine, Croatia. Music provided by Robert, Zachary and Heidi Schmidt.

Defeating Injustice and Discrimination



Helping the victims of domestic violence and abuse, and defeating prejudice and discrimination against the Roma people and communities in Romania, is the theme of the first Dare to be the Difference webcast,  Thur Jan 24, 2013, 11 am -- 1 pm CST. The program will feature Mihaela Kovacs, founder and director of Fundatia Beraca, Sighisoara, Romania. Michaela Kovacs is a great leader in her community, who has for the past fifteen years committed her life to defeating discrimination against the Roma people in her country, and to prevention and advocacy against family violence and abuse.
